Inspiring! I’m 22 so I guess I just need to get on with it!
What a coincidence. I turned 70 and I compete in OCB in Delaware. This is my way of casting a public vote against the lifestyle and its culture that has given us the obesity epidemic. I keep a list of commercial food corporations that I use like a school principal hiring teachers would use a sex offender registry when I choose what foods I eat. I made second place last time I competed in Delaware, but a well-credentialed and experienced trainer is preparing me to try for first place.
Bodybuilding is good for people who would rather be dead than fat; it has helped people recover from eating disorders and I do it not so much to live longer, but to live a life worth living for however long I will live.
