The Shoulder Blast Story

Starting in January 2018 I worked on creating a NEW way to train the shoulder to FORCE growth – to leave the deltoids NO CHOICE but to grow. 

This involved targeting a very specific type of training stress that seems to work uniquely well for the shoulders (above all other body parts).

After local testing success, I recruited LAB RATS from across the world in December 2018, and they completed the workout in JANUARY 2019. The results were mind-blowing! Even better than I had anticipated!
