Great news! Now everyone can track and log their MuscleHack THT muscle-building workouts for free from any device (yes even iPhone).
I’ve put the routines on the bodyspace app from Bodybuilding.com. Here’s the easy instructions…
Just download the bodyspace app (search for bodyspace not bodybuilding.com). Once installed:
- Click ‘my programs’
- then click ‘find a new program’
- In the search bar, type THT
- You’ll see the my 3-day and 5-day THT routines pop up (created by user MUSCLEHACKER).
Now you can track your THT workouts inside the app. Enjoy 🙂

BUT…you really need the full THT manual as well! Grab it below. Without it, you won’t really know why you are doing that particular exercise, in that order, for that many reps, and so on. @Mark Got questions-
1)Are deadlifts and stiffed leg deadlifts same? If not then Can u provide a tutorial for stiffed leg deadlift. I can’t find any.
2)In 3 day/week THT, do you revommend to eat at maintenance level during off days i.e. Tue,Thu and Sat-Sunday or the same-200-300 cals above maintenance during non-training days too.
