I have two sets of calipers, the metallic ones have me at 9% and the slim line ones that pinch me harder are saying 7%, so I guess I’m around 8%.

BEFORE & AFTER STATS
Before 19% body fat and 12 stone 6lbs
Now 7 or 8% body fat at 12 stone 2 lbs
…and it took around 60 days total!
I had strength gains across all lifts.

Losing the fat is only one aspect of Chris’ success by the way.
Chris reports that he lost around 11% body fat, but only dropped 4lbs of body weight over the course of about 8 weeks on Total Six Pack Abs.
To make those numbers make sense, Chris would have needed to have packed on some serious MUSCLE over that same period. I think that fact is evident from the pics. Note that he also experienced STRENGTH GAINS throughout the cycle.
So let go of this notion that cutting means muscle loss and strength loss. It DOESN’T! Not when you know what you’re doing. And that’s where TSPA comes in.
From a personal standpoint, I’m thoroughly impressed with Chris’ present physique. He’s muscular in the right places, and lean in all the right places too. He’s also clearly 100% natural. In my mind that makes him a true Muscle Hacker.
