Dear oh dear! You are NOT an ox lol. You are human.

Here’s some facts:

1. You dont’ have a bunch of different stomachs. You only have one. 

2. You dont graze on grass 16hrs a day. If you did, it still wouldn’t work anyway. So don’t try it.

3. It’s a genetic issue. Oxen are genetically programmed to have that level of muscle mass – they’ll be big no matter what. It’s not their plant-based diet 😂 For example, some rare humans have a myostatin deficiency. It actually allows them to grow muscle without much limits – and they’re big from a young age. Even some dogs can have this deficiency. Below is one such example – that’s actually a skinny Whippet dog! Myostatin LIMITS the amount of muscle we can build.

 

 

It’s genetic. YOU CANNOT LOOK LIKE AN OX BY EATING LIKE AN OX! It’s a ridiculous claim.
