Im very interested in starting one of these programmes theres quite a few so im not sure which one to choose. Im quite a stocky build and looking to rip and obviously gain more muscle mass. Could someone with experience in these programmes or mark himself help me choose the best one for me please.
all the pogrammes work great, read all marks stuff and see which one you like and go for it my man!! (you will need to go over it a few times if you are just getting into gyming) enjoy!!
hmmm. In 2 weeks I gotta start a different cycle than my THT 3.1/TSPA mongrel combo. this might be it. . . .
@Nathaniel. Go for THT Volume cycle since you want to expend more energy, the 5 day cycle would be better.

Should I keep doing THT 3.1 or switch back to 2.0??
For maximum muscle growth, which do you recommend?
@Andrew Gomez. THT is ONE program made up of cycles. You are supposed to do all cycles, one after the other.
After your current cycle, if you want to give 2.0 a BLAST, go for it!

I was on 2.0 for a good while and gained alot so I think I will switch back after this cycle ends 😀
Mark, I’m a little confused too. This seems to go against your idea that the body doesn’t need lots of different programs to “shock” the body into growth. Is your republishing of THT 2.0 just to help with boredom or is there a benefit to alternating THT cycles and mixing the old with the new?
@Keith. The Volume cycle is an evolution from 2.0. Mostly the same program and same exercises.
