Question: Mark, can I do back-to-back 3-day training cycles?
Yes! This is no problem at all. In fact, I personally have done back-to-back 3-day full-body body training cycles for over a year now.

Time spent in the gym over 7 days is almost identical on both cycles, but although there are less sets per muscle on the 3-day plan, you benefit from direct stimulation of every muscle 3 times a week, not once as per the 5-day cycle. That’s a 300% increase.
There are pros and cons of each mode of training, but for me, the increased frequency has produced better gains.
