Saying you don’t lift because you don’t want to get bulky is like saying you’re afraid to drive because you may become a nascar racer.
I just tried your body fat calculator.. 38cm neck and a 86cm waist. Shows me at 17.4% body fat.
Calipers show me at about 8% (testing at 1 spot just above right hip).. I think that’s closer because I already have a six pack. Do you think there’s a margin of error in your calculator?
@James. It uses the US military calculation. You be measuring too low with the calipers, or your body measurements are incorrect for the online calculator. However, if you’re already ripped, you cannot be 17.4% body fat.

@Mark McManus Ok I tried again this morning and it was 11%, I will try it again tomorrow and see what happens. I did eat almost a kg of schnitzel for dinner a couple of hours before doing the measurements last night.
