God I wish I didn’t have so much homework. Mark, is it alright to mix up your workout days, say, pretend today was a rest day and continue working out every other day for the rest of the week?

Since being on this program i have had amazing results much like everyone else, i have lost about 6kg but i was not overweight in the first place (about 15% bodyfat). I’m not down to a constant 11%, my arms have gone from 28cm to 34.5cm in 6 months. My bench press has gone from 40kg when i started to 70kg now, also my girlfriend has been doing total six pack abs and has gone from 70kg down to 54kg and still dropping her goal is 48kg which is about 18% body fat excellent stuff mark i wish people weren’t so brain washed with the no fat thing it’s just bulls**t. I have a mate that has started the total six pack also and has been doing it for 3 months and has lost 10kg and will continue down to 90kg.

My girlfriend went down from 19% BF to 14,4% on THT and total six pack abs. She lost 10 kg of pure fat and has massive strength gains every THT session we have together. She always outperfoms me in her jumps of reps or added weight ;).
