Hi mark. I have your TSP and took part in your leg blast experiment. Any plans on a back blast especially lats? Lats are Definitely my weakest body part.
@Matt. I don’t have plans for that, buddy. But make sure you participate in our Month of Mass challenges in 2017 and let’s see what kind of gains we can make in every muscle group 😀
So what are the changes in this newest version of THT?

There are three links in your email for THT7 and none work on MY computer. They kill Google Chrome instantly when I click on link. But I copied the hyperlink from the email into the browser and it has worked.
Is there a change log? What’s different to THT6?

@Jesse. The book has been re-written and divided into 3 distinct sections. It’s easier to digest and understand.
If you’re referring to the workouts themselves, the 2 cycles in the book have not changed. When you want to make changes, you refer to the Exercise Bank file that is on the same download page. Exercise days, order, number of sets and so on do not change. You simply swap out one exercise for another. The simple instructions are at the top of the Exercise Bank file.
