Hey guys. I just quickly wanted to share some recent feedback with y’all to help light a fire under you!

I know what you want – gains! Same as me 🙂 There really is no need to “shop around” for the best workout for size gains (hypertrophy). Scientific findings have already revealed:

  • How many sets to do
  • The best exercises
  • How many reps
  • How often to train (frequency)

Here is another little piece of feedback from facebook. Joey is averaging 1lb muscle per month. Since we are told to expect a max of 3-5lbs of pure muscle gains in a year by the orthodoxy, 12lbs would represent about x 3 times the results that other lifters are achieving. But as I point out in this post, that’s the new normal on THT.

One last slice of motivation before I go. This comment was left on the new MuscleHack forum. This user only started seeing results when he switched to THT training. You’ve no idea how many times I’ve heard this over the years!

People are using the wrong rep ranges, wrong exercises, sub-optimal rest times between sets etc. But once they switch to what the science has clearly demonstrated as the best way forward, they make unprecedented gains.
