Please would you consider doing a post on an explanation of the different muscle building diet/strategies. There’s a mention of a free “Gains diet”, somewhere in the text. I’m aware of “buff baking”, the cutting diet “tspa” and also aware of, or have read some of your posts on “Glads” and one other I can’t think of as I type this.
I would appreciate a recap on building diet strategies. I’m sure your other followers would too.

I forgot to ask for something regarding “frozen veggies”. Including them in safely, do they need blanching? I’ve never bothered with blanching when I bothered to freeze vegetables, is this correct?
