first off i want to say fantastic book. i learned so much about the other half of bodybuild that i didnt know about. i had two questions though. when you are loading carbs how many do you load up on. i think it said 30g for low carb high protein high fat. but what about high carb high protein low fat. oh and how many calories should you intake. i know after you find how many calories you burn on average per day that it should be around 300-500 above that but does that apply to MANS or just GALD
