I wanted to set aside some time to get the new version of my free book done.
It’s almost there and I think you’re going to love it. I’m pretty sure it’ll be up for download someday this week.
That said, I need your help….
Please help me rename the workout plan. You know, the ‘MuscleHack 8-12 | 6-9 Anabolic Workout Plan‘ – not very catchy or memorable is it? And it certainly doesn’t do its effectiveness justice!
An acronym would be fine like M.A.N.S. is for the ‘MuscleHack Anabolic Nutritional Strategy‘. A descriptive term would also be great e.g. ‘Pyramid Training’ describes a workout where you increase weight at each successive set (not a good plan in my opinion by the way).
Anyway, I’m stumped – lend me a hand would ya?

MuscleHack Two-Prong Anabolic Workout
MuscleHack Ana-Body (anabolic body) Workout

MuscleHack Steroid Emulating Anabolic Musclebuilding System(SEAMS)
MuscleHack Anabolic Muscle-building Emulation (MAME)
How about something funny? Like MuscleMac -and the acrronym as well- Workout Plan. Or something in the mood of a version 2.0
MuscleHack’s Pathway to Growth (MPG) Workout. (Wikipedia: Anabolism is the set of metabolic pathways that construct molecules from smaller units). Although I supposed in the bulk of the world MPG won’t have quite the same connotation it has here in my US non-metric centered world)
I think you should go for something that rhymes or uses alliteration, Such as Muscle Maker.

I think the T.H.T works. I’d would want to see the MANS branding added somewhere with it like, “MANS THT”

how about “E.M.G” training, Efficient Muscle growth, or N.E.M.G with the added “N” Natural.
or something like the “24/7 Training Programme” to highlight the need for it to be a 24/7 dedication, E.g. training, eating correctly, sleeping correctly, lifestyle, supplements and rest. Basically to let people know it not just about gym time.
