I’ve got an awesome idea!
How about YOU write for MuscleHack?
Well, not exactly MuscleHack, but a sister site that I’m setting up specifically for readers to write blogs.
Better yet, there’ll be the opportunity to revenue share on this site, so the more you write, the more you earn!
You’ll earn by being able to insert your own google adsense block on each of your posts, and by earning 51% commission on any sales for Total Six Pack Abs that come for your articles.
So what are you going to write about?
(1) Your progress
(2) Any ideas you’d like to share
(3) Your pics
(4) Your tips
(5) Video(s) of you training
(6) How you eat on a daily basis
(7) Recipes
(8) Getting ready for a competition
(9) Anything related to training and/or diet
…and no, you DON’T need to be an expert!
Furthermore, if you have your own site, you can link back to it to promote it if you wish.
So this is a real opportunity to earn some cash from blogging and promote your own project(s)!
Plus we all get to read regular articles and updates from you guys!
How To Get Involved!
Let me know below or at Facebook if you are interested in becoming a contributor to this new site. I’d like to know how you plan to contribute and for how long you’ve been a MuscleHack reader.
If commenting below, make sure you fill in the ’email address’ field so I can contact you with further details (only I’ll be able to see it).
Yes you have to be a Muscle Hacker and train THT-style. But it’s fine if you’re tweaking the programs. In fact, you may want to write about that.
If I think you’ll be a good contributor, I’ll create an Author’s profile for you with your own log-in password. From there you’ll get access to the admin panel where you can write your own posts!
You can then promote your published posts on the Facebook page. For bigger and better articles, I’ll email the full MuscleHack mailing list for everyone to see.
I aim to have this up and running for the 15th Aug 2011, which is just in time for the creatine experiment I blogged about on Monday. So this would be the perfect venue for letting us all know how it goes!
Get In Touch Now!

I’d love to contribute to the new site! Sounds like an awesome opportunity and I think it has some good potential. I’ve been following you for about two years now and have gotten some really good info off this site. Over the course of the last two years I’ve tried the MANS diet and trained with the THT-style. I’ve also competed in two bodybuilding competitions placing 4th in the open division at an OCB pro qualifier this past weekend. Once I come off my contest prep diet I’ll begin a “bulking phase” for the next few years and will be implementing the diet and training principles you teach on your site. The new site would be a great place for me to track my progress and show others how well it works. Thanks for your time Mark, Nathan Lee
Fantastic idea Mark! I’m bang up for blogging on there! I’m currently on week six of tspa so I could post pics of my progress and stuff.. 🙂
Great idea, for sure I love writing articles about fitness, nutrition or whatever I seem to be doing at the time ( I write about an article about every 1 or 2 months).
I’ve written about 40 articles on my blog and some on Ezinearticles, not really for income purposes but just to let out a bit of creativity and help anyone along the way.
My big thing is to try out different workouts ( usually purchased or free ones and diets) and see what results I get.
Let me know if I fit the bill!
Raymond
hello Mark, i receive e-mails from you on a regular basis and have used some of your training ideas in my workouts, your site is very informative and appeals to a wide audience. i write to you today to look at a potential opportunity for both of us, in September this year we will be launching our own brand of supplements, these are not bullshit supplements just the ingredients that are required to help people in there training, we have also developed our own range of Protein bars and flapacks with natural ingredients. my business partner has spent the last few years deveoping these products and if i say so myself these will be the best bars in the market.
so the question is maybe we do each other a favour and have a link to each others webiste? quite happy for you to look at our range before you decide and will also happily send you over some samples when we get out first batch of completed product towards the end of August. let me know your thoughts. Richard ps website not live till September
Hi Mark,
I have a cool idea to use a web platform i developed for some fitness stuff and think it would be perfect for you, would make some money, and be popular with the Musclehack community. Email me and I’ll give you some more details
Hey Mark – good news. I would be interested in something like this.
I have been a Muscle hacker for about a year now – and have some experience in the whole online forum thing for some time now (since 2001 on various forums). Online help is something I enjoy doing.
Hoping to hear back from you.
Cheers.
Also would be totally free for you!
I’ve been following you since 2008. The forum was just taking off and I’m 5th place for most posts! I’ll give it a whirl.
Hi Mark,
Id definitely be interested. Im been with musclehack for close to 1.5 years just reading and absorbing information. Only the 6 weeks or so ive put THT 3 and 4.0 as part of my training and am learning tons from it. In fact i have tweaked it and seeing some tremendous results than i imagined.
if you think i can add value please include me.
thanks
Sonny
Whats up Mark,
I would definitely be interested in contributing to the new site. When I first decided to get into shape I was about 212 pounds. 4 months later I was down to 165. While I was happy with my weight loss, at the end of it all I had realize that I had not really created the body that I truly wanted. I ended up becoming pretty skinny, and a whole lot weaker. I found musclehack about 5 months ago and soon realized some of the mistakes I had made along the way(too much cardio, overtraining in the weightroom, diet). Since then I have switched my diet and workouts to TSPA and have been making gains ever since. I am about to start my first true bulk with MANS and THT, either mid August or the beginning of September, depending on how long it takes me to get to 10 % BF or below. So I would love to blog about my progress with that. Also, reading musclehack along with other bodybuilding and fitness and learning about new workout and nutrition tips, and would like the opportunity to share what I learn and my opinions.
Shoot me an email Mark!
Thanks
Hey Mark!
I am very interested in becoming a contributor to the new site you will be launching. I’m a hardgainer and with the THT program, I have been able to gain strength and 20 lbs. of muscle with just changing my diet and lifting. I do not take any extra protein or any supplements to help me lift currently because I wanted to see how far I could get naturally. To the new website, I would contribute techniques I derived from your program and training sets along with some secrets of my diet.
Let me know what you think, Mark! I always have my phone so I can always check my email.
Definitely looking forward to be a part of this, sharing information, getting tips and staying in shape. Thanks for the opportunity.
Mark,
I’m interested in writing for the new site. I’ve followed your blog since 2008(ish) based on when I purchased TSPA. My main focus would be sustaining results. I’m interested in posting my own thoughts and experience on what happened after I did TSPA. I went from around 20% BF to 9.5%. In the time since then with GLAD and THT, I have managed to keep it right about there with “normal” fluctuations. I see that as the real value in the information you make available. It’s not just a crazy plan for a couple of months, it’s tools that changed the way I view my lifestyle in regards to fitness.
No pills, no potions… just knowledge and determination.

Hi there Mark. Been a subscriber of musclehack since I thnk January 2010 and have implemented many eating and training techniques. I love your “researched” approach to your posts as I too am a man of science. I am a qualified physiotherapist and focus or specialise in conditioning and sports rehabilitation. I personally train on a 4 day on 1 day off cycle, and have seen mad results with this regime. I would love to join your team as I will be able to contribute from a medical point of view as well.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Kind regards,

As no stranger to writing, I would love to be part of any writing project, especially, one related to muscle building and fitness. I hope to learn more about this new site and the related particulars.

Hi,
I’m definitely interested in contributing! I’ve been a MuscleHack reader for almost a year thanks to “stumbling upon” one of your articles. I’ve even purchased your TSPA and have gained some great results over time. I’m also training to become a personal fitness trainer so I’m sure my knowledge would be highly valued.
Thanks,
Great stuff mark, I have been muscleHack reader for almost more than two years now, I m fully interested in your idea of sharing personal experiences, (Do’s and don’t s) there is lot of stuff to share and motivate all Muscle hack readers and non readers to enjoy and feel the benefits of fitness.
Well i can say that as I saw many changes in myself after following Muscle hack.,how i transformed myself in good shape with the perfect combination of exercise and balanced diet (well..thanks to you mark)..
I m 100% in and there is lot to come…

hey Mark your program has helped me a lot in reaching my personal goals and beyond and I would love to help with your sister site. I think that I would make this new site better by giving my training tips and diet plans as well as recipes from a more youthful perspective because I just turned 18.
Hey mark, I have been using your site for about a year now. While i was in Afghanistan I bought and started implementing your tspa program and I was ripped and down to about 5% body fat. Currently I am bulking and I am trying your new creative plan that you described in your last post. Right now I am working my CPT at NSCA and NASM and later on my PES. I am also working towards my masters in exercise kinesiology. I would love to write for your site, I had to provide a lot in Afghanistan and I think I can provide great tips for others. I use Tht and through trial and error have created a great nutrition plan. Hopefully I can provide some insight to other readers. Keep up the good work mark
I’ll be interested in contributing to muscle hack. I’ve been a reader of your articles for around 6 months now. Even though I’m new to bodybuilding I’m keen to try new things to see if they are working. I have implemented some of your exercises and workouts into my workout and I am seeing good results. I hope that you would maybe consider me when deciding about contributors.
Many thanks,
Hercules
Mark,
I’d love to contribute to this new site. I’m the author of fitwithmitch.com (currently under redesign) and rapidrippedabs.com (my own six pack product as well). I’ve been a reader of yours for over two years and I participated in your Arm Blast Experiment (great gains) and have used THT to success also.
I look forward to adding my two cents.
Mitchell
Hi Mark
I really admire the work you put into this. It is not easy. Training is my passion but regular work steals so much of my time that when I do get free time, I choose to share training advice.
Not sure what kind of a commitment this would require but like I said training and sharing training advice are my passions in life.
Thanks for the awesome response, guys!
I’ve got your email addresses and I’ll be in touch shortly with more details.
I would be very happy to help with this new website. I am a Junior in college and have been reading your website since I was a Freshman two years ago. I am naturally tall and narrow so I have some to say on hard gains plus I just recently turned vegetarian (not as bad as you think) and have continued to see gains if not an increase. Though not nearly as big as some people on this website, I would still be interested in spreading some that I have learned.

Hey Mark,
I’d been keen to contribute, particularly on the topics of nutrition and its impact on health and training.
I’ve been reading your articles from Los Angeles and look forward to collaborating.
Best wishes mate!
Hi Mark !!!!!
This is one fantastic of an idea and opportunity provided by you for people like me to share our thoughts with all. I have been following you for almost a year and I am absolutely taken up with your style of training which I rate as one of the best so far.
I have benefited a lot with your THT program and I have shared it with many of my colleagues. I would love to contribute to your site. I believe a person is a learner throughout his life and today at 50 I am still learning a lot and sharing your expertise with all.
Hey Mark, I’d love to contribute my progress and knowledge to your new site. I’ve been following musclehack for around 3 years, so I’m very ecstatic about this website. Thanks man!
Hey Mark,
I’d love to become involved in this new venture. I am in my 30’s and have been skinny and never satisfied with my physique. I just started the TSPA program about 3 months ago and have subbed with some THT and HILT as well. I’d like to chronicle my progress from a newbie standpoint for all those others out there, like me, who may still have that “Skinny Kid” complex as adults…
This is the first time in several attempts (spanning many years) that I have ever had any results. I am very excited and motivated beyond anything I could have imagined! The info on the TSPA program is actually attainable (unlike other programs that require eating exotic foods that I cannot pronounce or even find) and with flexible combinations so that even a beginner can follow the program. I’d most definitely like to be a part of that and either way I look forward to reading the blogs of those that do contribute. Thanks for all your efforts and keep up the fantastic work!!!
Mark,
I’ve only been a Muscle Hack reader for about a year now and I’m a huge fan of your site. I’d be happy to write about my progress and blog about my training for Muscle Hack. That’s what brought me to the site; REAL people sharing REAL stories and REAL results. I think I could really appeal to college students in the U.S. since I’m currently a student in New Mexico.
Hi Mark,
I have been a Muscle Hacker for about a year. I have gotten great results from your site. I have used TSPA for cutting and have gotten great results.
I love THT style training. I have done many different forms of training in the past:
HIIT, MRT, bodyweight exercise, etc….But THT makes the most sense and its simple and easy to follow. I post my own transformation pics on facebook and would love to share my experiences with other potential muscle hackers.
Hey Mark, awsome idea, I will be participating. I just started your creatine experiment 2 days ago. 12 more to go. I to have also done everyone of your workout cycles. I pick a different one every 10 weeks. Please email me all the info, hope to hear from you soon.
Sorry i forgot to say i am a muscle hacker for about 2 years.
hi mark we are your muscle hacker team lets just do this thing and show the world what we are about real MUSCLE HACKING……….
