Quest protein bars are awesome. I recommend them, and everybody loves them.
They’re high in protein, legitimately low in carbs (no sugar alcohols), they’re filling, delicious, but…they’re pretty expensive – about £1.80 per bar or over $2/bar in the US.
I’ll tell you how to make 3 of their bars:
- Vanilla
- Cinnamon Roll
- Chocolate Peanut Butter…
For PENNIES on the dollar!
So here’s how you can make your own. This is for a batch of 4. Watch the video I made for all the instructions and nutritional breakdown…
Hey, before I list the ingredients and instructions, did you get my free supplement guide that I brought out recently?
It details the supplements that work, the ones that don’t, and the ones that are dangerous. You can grab it free below. You don’t have to go to your email to click a confirm link; the download link will appear immediately after you enter your email. Enjoy! 🙂

DIRECTIONS
These are so easy to make. There’s no baking involved. Simply put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together really well. Press into a baking tray (you should line it with non-sticking baking paper) and put in the fridge for 30 minutes – done! Cut into 4 bars when ready.

What a trip! Thank you.
Thank You Mark!!! Be making these bad boys this weekend. Need something to snack on cause it’s ice cream season here in northwest Pennsylvania!!
@Mike @Rck @Dan Thanks, guys. Glad you enjoyed it.
Shot mark..going to try it without the sweeteners (agave syrup) and see if the chocolate whey powder is sweet enough. Unless the sweetener is there for bonding purposes as well as flavor?
@Jason. It will work no probs with just the agave. I’ve made these with unflavored whey and agave syrup and they’re still really sweet, mate. So there’s no problem with that. And the sweetener isn’t needed for bonding. Enjoy 🙂
