@Mark. In a 3 day THT workout, should you be eating sufficient cals during your training day and less cals(-200) during non workout days, which is generally Tue Thu and Sat?

@Abhilash. No, you need to eat sufficient cals on all days. Remember, you’ll be growing on those non-training days.
