I’m a convert to the Musclehack approach but would consider coaching for my 16 year old who is trying to build mass for rugby.
A bigger challenge than the correct exercises etc is diet. Would you be able to extend your support to personal dietary advice inc target macros based on BMI?
He will listen to an expert more readily than his dad!!

I have six pack abs, are there any differences between six pack program and your get me shredded personal trainjng program?
@Mark. Hey. Yes I could sort out a diet for him. I would like a body fat & if possible in addition to his BMI. Could you do that. And also a rough breakdown of how he is currently eating and training. But there is a screen after payment to fill all those details in.
@Mike. The option is there for people that want or need more guidance. But you can certainly get ripped just following the TSPA book. As many already have 🙂
