Track your THT workouts straight on your device and build new slabs of muscle week on week! (if you need the free THT training manual, click here to download it).
This app will keep a log of all previous weights and reps. Attempt to set a new Personal Best in reps or weight every workout – that’s what it’s all about – Progressive Overload.
If you are new to THT training, I recommend you start with the 3-day per week full-body routine in the 8-12 rep range.

Am I correct in assuming that the app is not really applicable to Advanced THT? Things like reminders of advanced techniques, ability to set different rest times for differnt setswithin an excercise (e.g, overhead press – 7 minutes after 1st set, 2 min after sets 2, 3, &4, and 3 min after set 5), etc?
What about for Apple iPhone?
