Recently there’s been a lot of buzz about viagra being great for muscle gains and perhaps even better than steroids!

It’s all based on a new study that caused the researchers to conclude that protein synthesis levels DOUBLED when taking viagra – the equivalent of injecting about 200mg testosterone (steroids) per week.

Let’s take a quick look at what Jeff Nippard had to say on his YouTube video about this very matter…

So yeah there’s a fairly small sample size and they didn’t specifically test myofibrillar protein synthesis. But these results cannot be easily dismissed.

I’m not going to go out and buy it any time soon lol! But I do like to comment on the latest exciting research, so I had to share this with you.

Y’all know that I blogged recently about research showing a testosterone boost of 25% when taking about 1g magnesium per day. I found a dirt-cheap magnesium supplement on Amazon – just $6.99 for 180 caps and they’re 500mg per cap. 2 per day for 1g magnesium would last you 90 days or 3 months. Great!
