I’ve been asked if creatine can make your hair fall out more times than I care to remember.
The short answer is: NO.
The longer answer is that if you are going to lose your hair anyway (genetically speaking) it may play a role in making that happen a little sooner. Then again, it may not.

Creatine can cause DHT levels to increase. Although, this may not even have any direct effect on hair loss, anyway. DHT increases naturally, even when exercising. (A good creatine product here. Good creatine in the UK here).
If you have any concerns about this, you might want to get a DHT-blocker like Propidren, which has good reviews on Amazon.
Regardless, there’s no direct proven link between creatine and hair loss. I’ve been taking creatine for probably 12 years and I’ve a full head of hair – if anything, it’s too damn thick! 😂 ~ Mark McManus 🙂
