Try this! It’s fun! 🙂 And you might add some nice extra thickness to your biceps.
While this isn’t a THT-recommended exercise, you could add a set or 2 of this AFTER you’ve finished your regular THT workout, just for experimentation and fun!

Vince Gironda’s Body Drag Bicep Curl

VINCE GIRONDA BICEP DRAG CURL INSTRUCTIONS
- Most people like to use an EZ bar for this
- Bend over a little before starting – this is important
- Keep your elbows against the sides of your body throughout the full range of motion
- The elbows can, however, travel back behind the torso
- Keep the bar close to the torso and ‘drag-curl’ the bar up to the ribs/bottom of chest
- Fully contract the biceps at the top
- Lower back to the starting position slowly under full muscular control
