While this isn’t a THT-recommended exercise, you could add a set or 2 of this AFTER you’ve finished your regular THT workout, just for experimentation and fun!

VINCE GIRONDA BICEP DRAG CURL INSTRUCTIONS
- Most people like to use an EZ bar for this
- Bend over a little before starting – this is important
- Keep your elbows against the sides of your body throughout the full range of motion
- The elbows can, however, travel back behind the torso
- Keep the bar close to the torso and ‘drag-curl’ the bar up to the ribs/bottom of chest
- Fully contract the biceps at the top
- Lower back to the starting position slowly under full muscular control

That’s like doing a bent over barbell row, only difference is you’re standing up straight?
@Jason. Not quite. A little bit similar. But you’ll feel the difference when you do it. You do need to bend over a little. You’ll have an underhand grip and the elbows will not come down in front of your torso.
