Why did you get into the iron game? Be honest.

It was probably driven to some extent by insecurity. You didn’t like how your body looked. You were too skinny, too fat…too something!

What if it never goes away? No matter how good you look.

I recently watched a video of Kai Greene talking. It shocked me! But in a good way, actually.

Kai is an absolute monster. But it was clear from what he was saying that there’s still some insecurity there.

He was talking about wanting to escape and not be physically compared to Rich Piana when they met in the flesh. He was dreading getting his pic taken with him.
