If you’re a guy and have never obtained the six-pack you always wanted, prepare to be embarrassed by a girl.
If you’re female, you’re about to be inspired by this woman.
She says of her journey to a six-pack with Total Six Pack Abs, “[I call it] the “Lisa Revamping Process“. I LOVE THE RESULTS! It’s an addiction”.
While Lisandra was certainly not out of shape before TSPA, she needed the program to bring it all to the fore.
Let’s hear what she has to say…
————————————————————————————————————-
“Hello Mark!
Thanks for sharing your knowledge and method with the rest of us, it has changed my way of life to a better and hotter than hell one đ
My name is Lisandra BenĂtez. 35 years old woman. Ex athlete. Single. No kids. Puerto Rican. Somewhat curvy. Small package full of energy. Always in need of a 36 hours day. Full time job. About to finish a masterâs degree. Beach babe. Salsa dancer. Highly social gal. GIS specialist. High-strung nature. Constantly in motion.
I was at a crossroads. I needed a new challenge because my agenda wasn’t full enough (full of sarcasm here). I discovered TSPA by way of a friend who has been doing ALL the “muscle hacker programs” at different periods of time.
As an athlete, the goal of my training was not to gain muscle or definition. In the disciplines I participated in (halterofilia, track and field, and court volley ball) I needed speed, cardio-vascular resistance, strength, and flexibility. Muscle growth was just a side-effect of the process and muscle definition a byproduct of the training sessions.
It was not, by any means, the focus of the terribly long sessions of training.
But Total Six Pack Abs has brought it ALL to the surface.
I call the TSPA results: The Lisa Revamping Process or The Awakening Process. I LOVE THE RESULTS!!! It’s an addiction I love to crave.”
Thank you, Mark”

Here’s a fact: It’s easier for us guys to build muscle and lose fat than it is for women. When a female gets a six-pack, you just HAVE to respect the obvious dedication.
Here’s something that gets on my nerves: I hear guys in their late 20’s sometimes complain that it’s too late for them to get the body they want!
“I don’t have the energy any more” “My metabolism is slower now”. All types of rubbish excuses. At 33 yrs old myself now, I’m not sure if I’d rather slap them or strangle them.
You can lose fat and you can build muscle. If you keep doing both, you’ll end up muscular and ripped.
Take a leaf out of Lisandra’s book. A 35 yr old woman sporting a six-pack.
There’s 2 things required to succeed here…
(1) A “made up” mind i.e. you’ve mentally committed to getting ripped – no turning back.
(2) The best and fastest strategy to get you there.
If you have no.1, I have no. 2 – Total Six Pack Abs. What are you waiting for? Why put it off any longer?
If you’re female, take inspiration from Lisandra and other female Muscle Hackers that it can be done.
If you’re male, remind yourself that if these women can do it, it’s actually easier for you to do it.
For more inspiration, other female Muscle Hackers include Myra Marshall, Brandi McAtee, and Lisa Hauliska.
If you don’t want to get ripped right now and just want to focus on packing on new muscle like these guys did, download the free THT training here and get started today…
Stay Motivated!
Mark
P.S. Don’t forget to like MuscleHack on facebook and twitter for tips every day đ
Well done Lisandra. I’m a 25 yr old male, so this gives me great inspiration!
I preferred her in the non ripped pictures!
You think the excuses you listed irritate. The worst one I hear is, “I get my exercise doing housework,” or “gardening,” followed by “I’ll try to cut down on eating at McDonald’s and switch to Diet Coke,” with that gallon of ice cream.
Pesonaly I think she looked better before the six pack. Maybe it’s my age I’m 53 and think women should look like women and not look muscly like a fella. Good luck to her if that’s her thing but I think most guy’s would prefer the before picture. Just my personal opinion.
I agree. As a guy, a 6pk is nice. As a women however, I prefer her previous pictures. A 6pk on a woman isn’t diserable or sexy. Sorry but it’s true.
Good job though
I personally think she looks fantastic in the after pics. And Lisandra is clearly someone who always wants to push herself and overcome new challenges. A big well done to her!
@Barney. lol. Too true.
hi Mark, i am a fan of yours from Morocco and i was wondering what you think about BCAAs; because i have this BCAAs tablets with a 6 grams BCAAs per serving (4:1:1 ratio), and since i am on a low carb diet i was thinking that they may be useful, and i would really like to know what you think the best time(s) to take BCAAs and how many grams should be taken in terms of workouts ( cardio and weightlifting) knowing that i drink a 25 grams protein from whey isolate before and after weightlifting and another one after cardio.
i know this irrelevant to this post but i need to know your opinion about this, sorry and thanks.
Awesome job Lisandra! I almost guarantee the ones that say you looked better before (male or female) have never seen their own Abs. You have pure dedication. You will have no problem maintaining those sexy abs.
Hey All!! (incl. Mark)
I’ve been reading and following all of these posts and articles for quite some time. Some awesome information and results from all kinds of people. Its really encouraging to to see the transformations that are taking place and to know, that being fit and building a good body is actually possible, and not just something you see in the magazine or by famous ppl that have unlimited amounts of $ to get the body they need.
Currently I’ve been training the THT Volume 6-8. mainly because its easier for me to have a 5 day schedule, taking creatine (ON) and protein (ON) and not skipping certain days. So here is my question… I’m 6’3 ,187 lbs body fat is around 16.5%. I have a real hard time gaining muscle. I work out every day (5 days/week) And I’m noticing stronger muscles but not actually bigger muscles? I eat around 180g protein 50g carbs and healthy fat. Do I need to up my carb intake in order to see bigger Muscles? Or do I just continue on track with what I’m doing, assuming that bigger muscles will kick in? I’ve been working out for about 3 Months now… đ
Great work Lisandra. Your dedication really paid off.
[I hear guys in their late 20â˛s sometimes complain that itâs too late for them to get the body they want! âI donât have the energy any moreâ âMy metabolism is slower nowâ. All types of rubbish excuses]
When I was searching the net for a workout program for an older guy (before I discovered Musclehack) I came across a lot of articles mentioning the same thing & how these older guys need to modify their training for their ageing bodies. The funny thing was most of them were only in their 30’s. I’m 54 & my body’s coping just fine with THT. Too many whiners out there that need to just put in the hard work & stop making pathetic excuses.
@Tony. You’re exactly right, buddy. People are limiting themselves with their own minds and don’t even know it. If they would just do a program as stated (like THT) they’d discover they progress just fine.
@Younes. I only recommend BCAA’s when people are going to be unfed for a period and won’t even be taking protein. Anything over 12 hrs and BCAA’s come in handy. Apart from that you get all the amino acids from protein. I see no advantage in taking BCAA’s in addition to protein if you are getting your daily protein requirement every day. Wow I just said ‘protein’ a whole lot there. Protein.
@Al Siebert. Thumbs up!
@Jonathan. Looking at your stats and then seeing you said, “I eat around 180g protein 50g carbs and healthy fat” I think the problem is you are simply not eating enough. Use my calorie calculator to see how many calories you need every day https://musclehack.com/calories-to-build-muscle-calculator/ Also, if you’re doing a low carb diet, you’ll need some carb-ups in there. If you’re not carbing up every week, that’s going to be causing a problem too. See my MANS diet https://musclehack.com/best-bodybuilding-diet-plan-revealed/
Last, if you are doing THT 6-8 reps and switching to 8-12 reps every 10 weeks, then that’s fine. If not, remember 8-12 reps is the most hypertrophic range, make sure you are including that THT cycle as well.
I think she looks great and I believe the other fellas are close minded
@Mark Thanks for getting back to me, I’ll be looking into it right away. And keep you guys posted on how things turn out! đ
