Have just downloaded the updated version of the program, thanks mate.
One question though, in the changelog you state that there are now new Calorie and Macronutrient Tracker spreadsheets to help you track calories.
I may be missing something but I can’t seem to find them anywhere?

I’m about 7 days into TSPA and have already seen a difference just from the macro nutrient aspect of it. I’m following your 6 day workout plan, its absolutely idiot proof! Its all laid out for the trainee, even with rest times between sets! This work is great for me because i’m so anal about exact times and sets! You’ve created a great program and system, Thanks Mark. I’ve been spreading the word to anyone who’s willing to listen about your site, recipes and videos. I’ll keep you posted on my progress!
