Get your THT workout logs here.
This file contains all logs for both Volume and HIT cycles and for all THT rep ranges.
Note that there are tabs at the bottom of each spreadsheet for each day of the week, like so:
The logs are in OpenOffice format as OpenOffice is free and can be used by people on both PC’s and macs.
You can download OpenOffice here.

You’ll need to unzip the folder. You almost certainly already have unzipping software on your computer. If you don’t, you can get some here.

Excellent and good timing, my last cycle ends in 2 weeks, so have time off over Christmas to read and digest and start to attack this in the new year. Big big thank you 🙂
Will these logs only open with openoffice? Any chance you can put up some excel compatible files?
I need this in the 3 day split Excel PLEASE. Or at last suggest which days to combine and I could then update the 3 day logs I have now.
Openoffice is the best way as it is free so everyone can access the logs.
I’m sure you can convert it to excel anyway if you wish.
@Bob. Are you talking about the HIT cycle of the 3 day Volume routine I have on the site?
I uploaded the logs to Google Drive (Google Docs) with conversion turned on. Now I have google docs spreadsheets, which could be downloaded as Excel format if you want, or better yet, access them from your smartphone at the gym.
I’m a big nerd, so I keep my workout logs on my iPhone since I always have it with me at the gym for music. I convert the logs to Apple Numbers format since I have the app on my iPhone and my Mac and the logs get saved automatically to iCloud as I edit them. I tried using an iPad but it was just too awkward to carry around the gym.
No…the Volume routine. I can’t fit 5 days in and the 3 day has been Awesome.
BRILLIANT. Been ill with winter vomiting bug for last few days, but will go back to the gym with new hope, ambition and drive. COOL! Happy XMAS Mark
@Bil the big nerd.
How do I get the logs onto my iPhone? I can not see anything that prompts me or directs me to do so. ???
It would be good if I could utilize my iPhone to read the new T.H.T Book and logs from my iPhone. I use it for everything.
@Phillip There are lots of options for getting THT and Workout logs on your iPhone.
I use the free iBooks app to read the PDF book on my iOS devices. You have to add the PDF to iTUnes, then sync it with iBooks using the Books tab.
i also own Numbers for both Mac and iOS which I use to edit workout logs. I open the Excel formatted logs in Numbers on my Mac, then save them in Numbers format to iCloud. I also tested using the Google Drive app for iOS and keeping the new spreadsheets in my Google Drive. it works, but it’s not as smooth as using local data. It does have the advantage of being completely free however.
Ok. After reading the book I see you’re using the 3-day split you posted up back in 2011. I now stand guilty as charged with the offense of commenting before digesting the readings. Hope that didn’t frost ya’.
I’ll add in the extra sets to the excel logs. I’m about to end a macro cycle and will come back with the new HIT routine. Great work, Mark. Greatly appreciated.
