Back in August I wrote an article about the future of THT.
I asked whether or not you thought I should release a new THT version every 10 weeks with a new workout. This is opposed to you guys going to the Exercise Bank and making your own switches.
The response was in the affirmative. However…
I’ve now decided against that idea, guys. But I think the solution is even better.
You see, I’d have to:
- Create the new workouts
- Create new workout logs
- Re-write the exercise sections in the book
- Save, convert, zip, and upload these to my server for you to download
- Then write an article and send an email blast out
This is time that could be better spent on creating fresh new content for the site.
So. Here’s what’s going to happen…
The next update include the Exercise Bank as a download in a new “package” deal. So the package you will download will include these files:
- THT Book
- Workout Logs
- Tools File (Calorie & Protein Calculator software, Rep Range Calculator software, link to download the mobile app)
- Exercise Bank (with examples of how to successfully make the changes every 10 weeks so you can’t go wrong)
Sound good?
The new THT package will hit virtual shelves early December 2013. As always, it’s FREE.
In fact, the best way you can pay me is just by doing it. Use it, change your body, and then let me know about your success.
I get ENORMOUS satisfaction out of helping people change their lives; that’s the only payment I ask for.

Your Buddy,

Here’s my take, bud.
Make this the last update for a while now. Let a few of us come on as Ambassadors and really push the “word of Mark” around now that this package will be coming in December. Truth be told, you’ve been giving us your best for a very long time indeed and if we can’t succeed with this new version – someone’s not following their instructions correctly.
Put your efforts where they belong for a while – getting paid. You’ve built a small army, a legion of faithful MuscleHackers (myself included – duh!). Let us keep the momentum going. Maybe limit the THT releases to every 6 months or so.
I’m a firm believer in that people need to stand on their own two feet. Monthly THT releases won’t help them get there any quicker.
Just my thoughts, brother. You’re awesome and you’ve been awesome to us for so long. Let us give a little back. 🙂
Also, I have some more ideas. I’ll message you via FB.
Thanks for everything you do for us. 😀
Adam
I’m a bit unclear on the offerings, will the changes to THT be included in the Mobile Application? If you do put the changes to THT into the mobile app will they be listed as new workouts or will they replace the existing workouts. If you’re replacing the existing workouts will you make the application update optional. I’ll be in the middle of the next 10-week cycle in December and would hate to have my workout plan, provided by your application, changed mid-way through.
Any information you have on the changes to the Android application will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Mark.
I think it’s a great idea. Thanks again for all your hard work — you’re awesome. I started TSPA back in May, got amazing results then switched to THT in August and I’ve literally TRANSFORMED my body. I’m really amazed on a daily basis by the results I get. I wasted so many years training the wrong way, or with trainers who had no clue what they were doing. You changed all that, so a million thanks!
Everything above sounds great Mark, having the latest version of everything in one package would certainly make everything simpler. The one thing I have been looking fore is an android app that is useful in helping me stay on track with the mans diet, so far I have found the myfitnesspal app to be the most helpful in achieving this but it still has some shortcomings in keeping track of the types of carbs consumed and keeping track of when my carb up days should be is a little difficult when not following a weekly cycle.
I think that the next step for the musclehack program should be to push for amplifying muscle building with the solid foundation of a good diet, and possibly integrating dietary tracking for the MANS and GLAD diets into the musclehack app.
I agree with Eric. The work you do is outstanding. I also use myfitnesspal app for nutrition, and think nutrition tracking would be a great addition to your app. Keep up the good work!
It would be nice if you had a quick start list of what all the acronyms mean.
Sheez, I don’t know which is which and it becomes a bitch to go right to a log that I’m thinking I should be using. Most of the world thinks in terms of “3day split”, “5 day split”, and so on.
anyway, hold on to your seat. I got a testimonial coming because I am a devoted musclehack follower.
I also think that it would be nice to have a compilation of some of the most applicable points that you havr posted about in the past in a condensed , consolidated, simple version for quick referemce such as protein types and propper form for some exercises.
I’d like to see a quickstart short list of what all the acronyms mean. I can work and work on understanding it, or make one myself, but too many T’s and H’s for this old man. I understand finally what 3-day split means haha.

loyal Musclehacker
sorry for the double, now triple, post. I guess browser needed to be refreshed.
The new program will have new exercises for the 3 day week workout
Would really like a better software package/program for Mac users.
I agree with Adam Weichel. a new THT once or twice a year. The “package” deal on future releases looks good also. Your Dedication to Us MuscleHackers is off the chart!!! Good thing ya DON’T charge for everything cause I’d have to send you Millions$$$$ to even come close to How you changed my life!!! Thank You Mark McManus For Educating And Pushing Me To Brand New Levels In Muscle Building!!! YOUR AWESOME!!!
Mark, all your info is great; I said thanks by buying one of your paid products.
I would pay for the app too, if it didn’t crash so often. (This is a common problem with Android. Tell your guy to persist his app state! ; – )
It would be nice if the app had the exercise bank too.
Cheers, Nick.
Looks all good Mark as always big thanks for what you doing!!!
Hey Mark, bought both of your books and been following ur site since 2009. Never looked back since. You’re the most generous man there is.. 🙂
Mark,
The new additions sound great, please ensure with any new excercise is accompanied with a video on correct form, as I have been misguided on what correct form is in the past.
Also I am user of TSPA and have lost 10% bodyfat in 4 weeks. I have tweaked it slightly in the only way I possibly could. The diet its self is fantastic and the science behind it is great, however it is a very acidic diet. By adding an alkalising ‘green’ smoothie (or equivelant e.g. wheatgrass juice) in every day, it will help easily maintain blood PH and keep equilibriam in the body which in turn could lead to getting results even quicker- just something else backed by science that I thought you may want to look at.
Thanks for everything
Miles
Sounds awesome but is anything happening with “JackednRipped”? I know you do a lot for us, I’m just curious really. And keen to try it!!!
Your willingness to help people is very much appreciated…Everybody wants you to make a new workout routine every cycle…but the process required is very time consuming and the time is better spent if you update us with new info and update the site…so what you can do is
1.You can post the new routines directly on this site
2.You can send the subscripers an automated email of the routine
But what youve done for us is already more than enough and the exercise database will be sufficient to say the least.Follow whatever plan you can comfortably follow without pressuring yourself too much.Youre doing a GREAT JOB.
