Hey there Mark, since im in college and only have access to the gym on friday till sunday (I have pretty descent workout equipments in college). So i hv access to squats and legs machine only on friday till sunday. I dun have problems performing other workouts without the gym…
So can u suggest me how the days gonna be if im working my legs on friday ?
I just wanted to say thanks, I was 215 and 27% body fat 4 mouth ago now I’m 195 and 11% body!!!! It was done by cleaning up my eating and doing your program!!!! So like I was saying, thanks!!!

I had 2 questions and would be very glad if you could answer them
First of all I want to thank you for all the help,
I’ve noticed considerable gains using your advice.
1. I’m in India for a couple months and its hard to get adequate protein,
should I still work out? I average 60grams/day and I need about 180.
2. The gym I work out at doesn’t have a platform to perform my stiff leg deadlifts (THT 5), is there anything you would recommend replacing them with?

Mark, you said you replaced the supersets from THT v4 with straight sets in v5 because some gym members had trouble moving quickly to weights/machines that were occupied. Not that it’s hard to follow the logic by figuring it out for ourselves, but will you be updating TSPA’s routines similarly?

Mark when doing forearms do we do one of set of each example doing 1 set of reverse and 1 set of normal wrist curls

Mark, is it possible to get a taut and ripped belly, when currently someone is flabby to begin with??
Hi Mark,
I’ve just decided that i need to shift a bit of belly fat after a very mad couple of weeks with 30th birthdays etc I looked at what i was eating for the 17 weeks prior. Give or take i basically always eat the same stuff. The calories i was eating added up to 1626 per day (26g carbs per day)… Now bearing in mind i was training 5 times a week, to failure like you say to do for all sets and i barely noticed a difference in fat loss.
Now is it possible that my RMR is naturally lower or am i doing something else stupid because this doesn’t seem to add up when i read all the positive testimonials about people shredding fat.
Is this just not going to work for me? I cant put loads of muscle on eating the amount that i do but if i eat more i’ll put fat on? Confused.
I know this is probably the wrong place to put this but hopefully you or someone else might have some insight.
