Incredible.
Absolutely incredible – that’s all I can say!
A few weeks ago I put the call out for some guinea pigs to test out a new workout I had designed to increase chest size in a super-short period of time.
I was confident…but now I’m blown away!!
Not everyone has finished the experiment and given final results just yet, but I wanted to share with you some of the feedback so far. It’s too good to keep to myself.

Over the course of just 7 days, here are some of the results:
- “mickbreen” GAINED 2 1/4 inches
- “Andya” GAINED 2 inches
- “rezoxx” GAINED 1 inch
- “bbhulk19” GAINED 2.75 inches
- “Cmush” (female) GAINED 1.5 inches
(the above are “usernames”. I will post real names and info when I publish the final results)
This is incredible stuff!
The workout includes some very advanced strategies – some you will have heard of and some you won’t know even existed.
ONLY the best exercises are used ,and even the order of the exercises has been carefully thought out.
All this has got me thinking about other body parts.
Should building muscle really take so long? For example, when you inflict a small injury to the skin, a small (or no) change takes place – it simply repairs.
But if the skin receives a really severe cut or is damaged in some way, the skin will “remodel” and thick scar tissue will form.
I see these “blasts” as the equivalent of a major skin injury that will most certainly stimulate big changes to occur.
My mouth is watering at the thought of all of this 😀 More thought will be given to this topic in the future.
Remember, this all came about from the results of the Arms Blast Experiment workout, where trainees got up to an inch of permanent size on their arms in less than a week. I couldn’t help but wonder what else was possible if the stimulus was “hyperintense”, as I call it.
Anyway, here is some feedback on the workout itself from my “lab rats”…

I’m naturally skeptical about any claims like this (arm blast included), but before after photos would help. Of course, measurements by an impartial 3rd party would be even better, but I don’t expect that.
I’ve used the arms blast twice now, and both times had growth. The first time was about 5/8″ and last time (just a week ago) was 1/4″. I was just wondering if the same thing could be done with the chest, and apparently you were too. I’m kinda aggravated at myself for missing the “lab rat” call.
I used THT to change my body the last 10 weeks, and I’m in to my second 10 week cycle. Love your stuff.

This is awesome. Consider creating a hyperintense program for all body parts using your new strategies. You would destroy limits like Bannister 😉
Argh I’m so angry at myself for procrastinating and not putting my name and email when you were looking for lab rats. I guess you snooze you lose 🙁
How about you look into developing a “shoulder blast” workout like you have for arms and now chest? I think that would be insane, everyone loves a set of broad shoulders

Hi Mark, I’m very excited about this program but how can you be sure if these gains are actual gains and not simply the muscles swelling? Aside from size gains did the subjects make any strength gains (increments of reps/weights)?
@Wheeler. Yes I can be sure as the final measurements are taken days after the last workout is completed. This is not a pump or selling but real structural changes to the muscle. This was the same principle applied to the Arms Blast.
