“T.H.T. is designed specifically to FORCE your muscles to get BIGGER; it’s that simple.
If you choose to ignore the logic, science, and non-contradictory message of this book, you could literally waste YEARS of effort trying to build muscle with inferior, nonsensical systems. You made a good move in downloading this book; don’t throw it away!”

Awesome. Pretty excited I dare say. Thanks for your hard work buddy.
THT5 looks great Mark.
One question I see no pulldowns for back day any reason?
Thanks Mark. Appreciate the effort. I’ve been following your system for around a couple of years now and I dare say its one of the best out there.
Mark, about the THT5 VOLUME CYClES that I downloaded. There are 3 spreadsheets. Which one should be used first?
Thanks Mark ! just in right time..I am now motivated even more, and also very excited to try an improved version of the already great training program 🙂 I’m sure that everyone who just try once your training program, will never look back to the old/different one..keep up the good work 😉
I have been waiting for this.
Thanks, everyone 😀
@stickupkid. It’s still a THT exercise. It’s in the exercise bank.
@Jay. For newbies start with Volume cycle 8-12 reps.
I’ve tried the 4.0 version and loved it!!! Can’t wait to start the 5.0 this week! 🙂
Awesome only just started my new cycle yesterday so will finish that and start THT 5 in the new year! As always love your work Mark!
Ok thanks Mark. Another question do we still ues the Postactivation Potentiation like the artical you posted? If we do what parts should we use this for example would we use the Postactivation Potentiation for the following bodyparts:
CHEST = Bench press
BACK = Deadlifts
QUADS = Squats
HAMS = SLDL
SHOULDERS = Overhead press
BICEPS = Barbell curl
TRICEPS= Close-grip Bench press
Best Christmas Present I Could Receive!!!! A Huge Thank You Mark Man!!! And Merry Christmas To You!!!
Wow, the volumes are a lot higher than prevoius versions. It went from 7 sets max in the last version to averaging 8 sets per body part. Why ths increase Mark?
Is their a way to download this onto my iPhone? So I can read it offline?
Please any help is appreciated.
Phill.
Looks good, one question though…
Any reason for doing bi’s and tri’s before back and chest?
I don’t know about anyone else,but after a good bicep workout I can barely touch my shoulders the next day and i’m certainly in no position to do rows!
Thanks for your hard work, btw!
Yea, wondering why the increase in the number of sets from 4.0 to 5.0? Seems like a pretty dramatic difference.
