After arms, the chest is the one body part that people continually contact me about. Everyone wants bigger pecs.
Fortunately for me, my pecs are one of, if not my best, body part.
So here’s the deal…
As with the Arms Blast Experiment workout, where trainees got up to an inch of permanent size on their arms in less than a week, there should be a way to increase the size of your chest if the protocol is “hyperintense”, as I like to call it.
And yes, the new size attained will be permanent.
I don’t know the exact amount of growth attainable as yet, and I also need to fine-tune and tweak the workout, so…………..
I NEED GUINEA PIGS!
If you want to experience this workout and give me your feedback/results, leave your name and email below. Once I take note of your email I will delete it, so don’t worry about others seeing it.
I may take 20-30 people, so if you’re interested, get in early!
* Also, if you don’t like pain, don’t sign up!
* If you don’t regularly train to positive failure in each set, don’t sign up! This training is going to take you beyond positive failure.
* If you won’t take regular measurements of your chest and send me your results, don’t sign up!

Hi Mark, with the arm blast you recommended people do it at the end of their 10 week training, as it was so intense it was worth giving your body full time to recover, during the week off. Do you only want people signing up who can also follow a similar regime with the chest blast? Or can they just slip it into the normal workout, mid-cycle?

Interested in committing so long as it does not require a partner. That was the disappointment for me on the arms blast and a restriction that I constantly face. I train to failure every time. However, the inability to work out with a partner (just doesn’t work for me and my concentration) has pushed me to be creative in selecting my particular exercises.
