Over the last weekend MuscleHack exceeded 50,000 subscribers!
This is a big milestone in the history of my work here and I just wanted to thank all of you for making this possible.
I’d like to state that this is an accurate figure of the audience here. I ‘prune’ my list every so often of ‘unsubscribers’ and ‘undeliverable’ email addresses, so the number could actually be much higher for the sake of vanity. But I prefer to have a true reflection of how many people are subscribed to the MuscleHack mailing list.
The MuscleHack Facebook page is also about 40 people shy of 4,000 likes 🙂 (If any of you that have a facebook account still haven’t ‘liked’ the homepage of this site, please go do that now – thanks!)
You can subscribe either by entering your email address into the form at the top-right of this page, or by clicking the RSS icon if you have a RSS reader. In return you’ll get the incredibly effective THT training program as well as free muscle & fat loss tips 1-2 times per week.
What’s next for MuscleHack?
In mid-June the NEW Membership Site will go live. It’s already done. I have all the content created and could have started it in May but I’d like a little break from it before we begin.

And there’ll also be an update to the Arms Blast Experiment book, which will come bundled with a NEW video demonstration of how exactly to do the workout (second half of 2012) – anyone that has bought the previous version will get the update free so it’s ok to purchase at any time.

Thanks Mark for all of the info you provide. I wanted to take this post (since I rarely post) to encourage anyone on the fence about Total Six Pack Abs to just get it. I’m on week 6 and went down from 15% bodyfat to 10% so far. I let myself go a little over the Winter, but I’m looking to get down to 7.5% like I did last year on this program. It works! And quicker than other programs out there. It’s beyond worth the $. Also wanted to mention, thanks for this free article about cheap NO Xplode: https://musclehack.com/cheapest-no-xplode-ever-how-to-make-your-own/ Super duper cheap and works well when I need the pre-workout boost. I’ve read a lot of info on the net, but never saw that information before. Best of luck for the rest of 2012.
