I LOVE getting testimonials from women! I get emails from girls all the time saying, “All your info is for guys, what about us girls?”
My reply is, “My info is for everyone.”
The very idea that there should be a different way of training or cutting is nonsense. All humans build muscle the same way, and we all lose fat the same way.
So I love it when females get the message, start training and eating correctly, and finally start producing the results they’ve always wanted.
Like Brandi McAtee before her, a fairly newcomer to MuscleHack, Lisa Hauliska, just kicked ass at the NPC Natural Pennsylvania. She took 1st place in the Natural Pennsylvania NPC Pittsburgh show, and placed 3rd at the Elite Physique NPC Pittsburgh show.
Let’s see some pics and hear what she had to say. Lisa sent 3 messages, the first came after placing third…
“Mark,
I spent my off season on the MANS diet and followed your THT building muscle workout. I competed on September 7th 2013 placing 3rd in physique! So many thanks to you! when people ask what I do, I say go visit www.musclehack.com!!!!”
Then…
“Hi, Mark!
I won 1st! I cannot tell you how many people I refer to your site! Some don’t believe that’s “all” I used this last year to get where I am, but I tell them, yes it is! I really find that people want a “quick fix” and when building muscle they seem to lose faith. Oftentimes I have to remind myself that building muscle takes time!
I meet people at shows with incredible physiques and then I hear they have been training 18 years! I’m very happy with my two-year transformation, and I do notice that changes are coming more slowly now.
But I won’t quit!! It’s my therapy time, and it’s “my” time! I love how I feel when I do it, and who doesn’t love the compliments or even the hater “looks” haha!
I’ll be touch! Keep doing what you do!!!”
Lastly, Lisa sent a fuller picture of her journey to me…
“So here’s my story. I’m an ex-runner – cardio queen. I started weight training a little before my “before” pic, but I was mainly a runner. Then my physique journey began as I started to see changes in my body from lifting. After about a year of resistance training, I wanted to learn more!
I found MuscleHack and began my journey of growing. Did I just say that?! I mean, any woman out there wants to be smaller, right?! But now I saw changes and I wasn’t bigger. My clothes were loser. I didn’t even worry about the number on the scale. I liked feeling lean and tight. In fact, in my comparison picture, my weight is the same, however I wear smaller pants on the weightlifting side.
After finding Muscle Hack and following the MANS diet, I did a bulking off season. I stayed lean at 13.5% BF. I was getting stronger and adding muscle.
After about six-seven months of bulking I began my diet regimen for a physique competition. This was my first every physique competition. I had competed in figure the year before.
I placed 3rd at the Elite Physique NPC Pittsburgh show, and 1st at the Natural Pennsylvania NPC Pittsburgh show. It was an awesome feeling.
I’m 46 years old and never felt better or stronger or tighter. I’m beginning another off season and excited to see some changes next year.
Thank you, Mark, for your web site and great information!”

Thank you, Lisa, for sharing your testimonial with all of us 😀 Also, I’d like to point out that 13.5% body fat for a woman is extremely lean. Women will start to see their abs at around 17% (men at 10%). 13.5% is roughly equivalent to 6-7% in a guy. (If you want to get get that lean fast, while still gaining, see my Total Six Pack Abs program.)
THT training works extremely well! It does exactly what it says it does! Builds muscle and does it faster than other programs.
By the way, I am featured in the November issue of the Polish magazine ‘Perfect Body‘, with a great 4-page segment on my THT training. So you Polish Muscle Hackers will want to check that out!
The MANS and GLAD diets are POTENT muscle builders that trigger releases in anabolic hormones. They do exactly what they say they do: build muscle without adding fat, so you can add muscle mass while staying lean!
If you’re a guy, get on board today! You can download THT training FREE by adding your name and email below or at the top-right of this page.
If you’re a girl, why wait any longer for REAL changes in your body. Look at Lisa, Brandi McAtee, Myra Marshall. What better motivation do you need?
Stay Motivated!
Mark
You look great Lisa! I started experiencing the same effects (as a man) after stopping all the running I was doing, doing THT weight training, and eating more fat!

Hey Mark,
I am on the obese side of things and the Dr called with my lab results not 15 minutes after I read you high fat interview and they just told me to eat the same diet you said they would for my cholesterol, I had to keep myself from laughing on the phone. I am almost 33 and 280 uslbs @ 5’10”, I dont have much equipment and live 45 miles from the nearest gym. While I know your TSPA makes you money I was wondering if you could tell me which you would recommend for me (and my wife) to push more of the bmi reduction, THT or TPSA, I am not looking to get to <7% body fat but once I do lose about 100 lbs I want to bulk functional muscle after that as I work on the farm and more often than not I find myself wishing I was a little stronger, but thats a secondary goal, right now I just want to get healthier so I am not winded so easy and can work all day and still have energy for the kids and then the wife. I have been following your site for almost 2 yrs now and have read the THT cover to cover in a few versions but my best friend made a bet with me to get me to finally pull the trigger on getting started, I just want to make sure I am getting started with the right program. Many thanks for your input, and many thanks for all the hours you put into this program, I recommend it to anyone I talk to who mentions working out.

@Jared. More specifically, you need body fat percentage reduction, not BMI reduction (though your BMI will definitely decrease). BMI doesn’t take muscle mass weight into account, so I don’t like it.
Firstly, you’ve a good doctor, and secondly, I’d recommend TSPA to you both. I feel it will make a dramatic difference for you. TSPA includes its own THT cycle in it, so you can get started on changing your body composition straight away.
@abhishek. I would more accurately call that a pre-fatigue set than a superset. Supersets usually refer to working 2 DIFFERENT muscles back to back. Anyway, go for THT 5 😀
love reading about the ladies …i am 57 and have followed your plans about a year now and even at my age seeing big results keep it comming this is fantastic
Thanks, Marianne. Always good to see the ladies getting on board. Age is no limit. Keep doing what you’re doing 🙂
So awesome! Way to go! Thank you, Mark for sharing this success story! Continued inspiration for everyone!
Ohk as you say mark
You’re the boss 😉
Mark, what is your opinion on the ” Golden Age” of bodybuilding in the 50’s with “supposedly” natural greats such as Reg Park and Steve Reeves. Back then they didn’t have the supplements and crazy ph’s like we do now,yet they could build such amazingly symmetrical physiques. I think Arnie was also inspired by the late Steve Reeves. Although research suggests Reeves had a high carb diet, well high for todays standards anyway,It seems contrary to what you suggest in the Man’s diet? Oh yeah, Reeves was apparently a 3 day p.w total body trainer, going to failure on each exercise.
Would be interested to know what you think about this period in bodybuilding particularly as steroids weren’t in use until later it seems say the 60’s-70’s
