Atkins works,especially the induction phase. I’ve been on it for 10 days and I can say that generally I feel much less bloated and uncomfortable as I used to prior to dieting low carb. I expect to lose between 15&25lbs a month if I continue in phase 1. The cons? Well sometimes I get headaches,(withdrawal symptoms from the refined sugars) and I get tired of all of the proteins. I made the conscious choice to do this diet because it produces great results,and it’ll improve my overall health,but not for the carb lovers- Good Luck !!
