Hi everyone. I’m just letting you know that from Sunday 20 – 27 July I will be away getting some sunshine.

The weather in Ireland is terrible at the moment and I need to feel some warmth! I also need to relax and recharge my batteries.

Please go the the bodybuilding forum during next week and help each other out.
