Ready to put yourself to the test and BREAK all your records in the next 4 weeks?
Want to make NOTICEABLE gains in muscle size in the next 28 days?
Today, 11th October 2010, starts the first “Month of Muscle Challenge” for MuscleHack readers.
Here’s the scoop:
Today, pick either the “Volume” or “HIT” THT cycle to train with over the next 4 weeks (Monday 11th Oct to Sunday 7th Nov). If you don’t know what those cycles are, put your name and email in the box above for your free copy.
Make a note of your current weight
Make a note of your current maximum lifts i.e. know what weight you can lift to failure for each exercise
(optional) take pics today before you train and take more on Monday 8th November to compare
I want you to train with more INTENSITY and determination than ever before!
Now join the MuscleHack Facebook Fan Page to take part.
Discuss your progress with me and other MuscleHackers.
It would be great if you would share your pics and progress stats but you don’t have to – there’s no pressure from me to do so.
If you’re someone who doesn’t want to sign up for Facebook for privacy reasons, remember that you can use a fake name to protect your anonymity if you wish.
Just make sure you get in there and start today! Having a time-specific goal is INCREDIBLY motivating!
This will let you know what you’re REALLY capable of!
I can virtually guarantee that just by taking part you’ll gain more in the next 4 weeks than you have in the previous few months!
But you have to ABSOLUTELY COMMIT to breaking all your previous records and adding some lean muscle mass! This is 4 weeks where you do EVERYTHING right!
Train right! | Eat right! | Sleep right! | Supplement right!
No excuses. Just 4 weeks of unprecedented gains with THT!
If you’ve got a blog, why not talk about your progress there too? You can link to your blog from the Facebook page, I’m sure everyone will head over there to take a look.
It would also be great to actually SEE some of you guys train THT-style by uploading vids to YouTube and linking to the vids here or on the Facebook page.
Get Motivated, Train With Intensity, & Let’s Make Some INCREDIBLE Gains!
I’ll see you there!
Mark
Oh Yeah!
I’ll sign up to the facebook page. If I’ve got the nerve, I’ll share my pictures haha.
Thanks for motivating me. Just what I needed right now!
Hey Mark, already signed up to facebook but i cant see the information about the muscle challenge yet…do i have to wait or something else? by the way, im totally in about the challenge..
I still haven’t got the download for the 3.1 although I am on the mailing list
@krooy. You mean you’ve signed up for a facebook account in general or you’ve signed up and hit the ‘like’ button on the MuscleHack fan page?
On the fan page the most recent comments are about the challenge. Upload pics using the ‘photos’ tab at the top. The instructions on how to take part are in this post. If you have any questions just write it on the fan page wall for an answer.
Hope the see you there.
@Dennis. Did you check the spam folder? It was sent last week.
Mark
Just a question. In your program you say nothing about warming up. I am not clear on how one can just go straight into pushing a weight to failure in one set without some type of warm up set first. This could lead to serious injury.
Can you provide some guidelines here. Would i do 1-2 warm up sets first before attempting pushing a weight to failure?
OOOO thanks Mark, just thought that in the facebook page would be more instructions about the challenge, so you mean that we should adopt a THT routine, eat the right calories and train harder than ever? any other update? thanks
thnx for this its perfect ….i will try it…
@John. To warm up for the HIT cycle do 1 set of squats at 50% of your first set weight for 12 reps.
For the volume cycle do 1 set of whatever your first real set is, again 12 reps at 50% of your first set weight.
No stretching as it temporarily weakens a muscle and is counterproductive for a bodybuilding workout.
@Krooy. That’s it but I want you all to stay in touch with your progress and even upload pics if possible. Then at the end of the 4 weeks we can see what’s possible when people really push themselves.
Hey Mark, so the HIT THT program we just do one set of the 10 exercises to failure? There’s only one exercise for chest (pec dec). Is that enough to adequately work the chest to allow it to grow?
Thanks.
Please give me a copy of “Volume” or “HIT” THT cycle. Thanks Mark!
