You’re about to see yet another example of the power of free THT training.
And please note that what you are seeing is a difference of just 6 weeks!
This MuscleHack reader, Serge Ouellette, had been training 6 years up until the day he found THT (see his before pic). 6 weeks later – just look at the massive difference!
This is what happens when you begin to train correctly and stop messing around with unscientific, haphazard workouts.
THT will tell you the best exercises to use, the best rep ranges, how often to train, how many sets to do…everything. And it’s free. You can download it at the bottom of this post.
Serge said,
“Hello Mark! I just wanted to share some pictures with you.
I had not yet put a before and after pic side by side yet and I was actually blown away how much my body has changed after completing week 6.
I’m on week 7 of THT and I am VERY satisfied so much so that I immediately went and purchased your Arm Blast and Chest Blast programs which brings me to my question.
You mentioned that you can basically do Arm Blast every cycle of 10 weeks but it’s still unclear to me how often could I do Chest Blast? Would it be basically once every 10 weeks?
Both pictures were taken in the morning, cold, no pump or anything…. I did however put one in there of a flex of course haha!
Looking forward to many weeks, make that years of THT.
Loving every minute of your programs and guidance… Life changing I would dare say, they are just very COMPLETE from diet to exercise.
Thanks!
Serge Ouellette”

To answer Serge’s question, and for anyone else who has purchased the Arms or Chest Blast: Yes I recommend you implement these “blasts” once in every 10-week THT training cycle – but that’s for each program.
So you could do a Chest Blast on the 5th week, and an Arms Blast on the 10th (before your week off training).
Therefore each program would be completed once every 10 weeks. I hope that makes sense, guys. If not, ask me below and I will clarify any issues for you.
Just look at the difference in Serge’s traps, shoulders, chest, and arms! It’s an incredible improvement for just 6 weeks! You can see all MuscleHack testimonials on this page.
And as he stated, “Both pictures were taken in the morning, cold, no pump or anything”. Here’s a larger version of his before/after…
However, he did also send me this “flex” pic, too…
Incredible! Look at those shoulders, arms, chest and traps!
You’ll also note that Serge didn’t gain any fat while adding muscle. I’ve been saying for years that you do not need to “bulk” and add fat in order to gain muscle. This is a myth still believed by some out there – unfortunately.
See my free “lean gains” diets to learn how to do this. MANS and GLAD diets. They are equally effective. It just depends on how many carbs you want to eat every day.
So what are you waiting for? Don’t you want to experience fast and profound gains like this? And like these guys and girls? THT is absolutely free.
THT will tell you the best exercises to use, the rep ranges, how often to train, how many sets to do… absolutely everything!
After inputting your email, you will be taken directly to the download page for instant access to the workout. You don’t need to log into your email to click on any confirmation link.

Train With Intensity!
Mark
Very very impressive! I’m only on week 1 THT. Thing is, the workouts are shorter than I am used to but more intense and I’m getting much more muscle pain DOMS after training – it’s awesome!
Hey Mark! I have a question about the Blast protocols as well. Will you some day offer blast protocols for the back and other body parts too?
@Sven. Just depends if the demand is there. I could perhaps put out a poll for what people might like to see “blasted” next. From feedback so far, I would think most popular parts to blast next would be calves, traps, shoulders.
The workout it’s good, but how much weigth the guy on the pictures gained? Photos can deceive. He looks like he puts at least 5 pounds of lean muscle and that’s really impressive for only 6 weeks
@Andre Silva
Let me answer that for you, since that is I in the pictures! You are correct it was about 5-6 pounds in that picture. I am on week 10 right now and the program as a whole is really phenomenal. After about 6 years of working out and just sort of trying a program here and there and with all the conflicting information online, this is by far the most complete and serious program I have found… I mean the proof is in the pictures, but also I have to mention that I am following the program to a “T” with diet and also KILLING every workout. Mark, thanks for the shout-out! I am very flattered…
@Serge. Thanks for your feedback and helping out a fellow Muscle Hacker 😀
Keep up your great work!
Mark as you know I LOVE all the material you produce for us. Now enough with arm and chest blasts. Can you please produce a quad blast to turn me into a quadzilla and really seoerate the men from the boys! Lets face it we all need bigger legs and the carry over to upper body work will be great. Hope this one is in the pipeline
Hey Mark! Thanks for your program. I have been doing the 3 day full body work outs for 10 weeks now and have seen great gains. I have experienced some low back pain and stiffness. I do not think it is injury, just stiff muscles as i have not worked those muscles hard in the past. I feel like i just need to do some good stretching. How and when do you recommend stretching?
@Darshan. I agree. I’d like to blast the legs and they would need to be separated into parts. There’s no way anyone could do quads, hams, glutes, and calves in a single blast. So I’d love to put something together for the quads. I’ll keep you posted, buddy.
@Mike. Yes you can stretch, but do it AFTER training, as stretching temporarily decreases the strength of a muscle and will have a negative impact on your lifts.
