If you’re an ectomorph, you’re going to LOVE this!
If you’ve ever had trouble building muscle at all, you’ll feel very much inspired.
Have you been led to believe that you can’t make NOTICEABLE gains in muscle size in 4 weeks?
Well I’m here to tell you that it’s not true.
Which is good since the Month of Muscle Challenge started last Monday on the Facebook Fan Page to find out just how well MuscleHackers can do in 4 weeks!
A reader and user of my bodybuilding forum, “Smiler”, posted what I think are incredible progress pics that show a DRAMATIC increase in muscle size in just 4 weeks using THT. (here’s that thread)
The best part? He’s an ectomorph/hardgainer!
Here’s the BEFORE THT pic
Here’s 2 pics from Week 4. Check out the progress on his pecs, shoulders, arms, and abs!
Here’s one from Week 6…
If you’re curious about stats, diet and so on, here’s some words from “smiler” from the forum….
“Most (not all) of the testimonials and before/after pics I’ve seen seem to come from people who were, in one way or another, ‘big’ to begin with.
Either looking relatively well built with muscle or carrying reasonable amounts of fat. So, in the hope of reassuring any other really skinny people out there that it’s possible to change the shape of your body, I thought I’d share this.
I’m 6’4″ tall, 35yrs old and weighed 177lbs four weeks ago and had 14% bodyfat. I now weigh 179lbs with 12.6% bodyfat and see a noticeable change in my physique.
I’ve been following Mark’s MANS diet and the THT programme described in his free e-book Total Anabolism 2.0″
There’s also simultaneous muscle growth and fat loss which is also supposed to be impossible.
Are you taking part in the Month of Muscle Challenge? We’ve been going for a week already but you can join any time. Head over to the Facebook page, start training THT, ask questions, and keep us all posted on your progress!
Stay Motivated!

speaking of the MANS diet, can you get away with 100g of carbs during the low carb cycle. If not, what would result? Pics look great. Congrats and I hope to have similar results though I’m no hardgainer.
hi ive been weighting 4 almost 2 years and i dont seam to have got very far i weigh 16st (224pounds) i got to the gym 3-4 times a week and use my excrise bike 4 times a week but i dont seam to lose the body fat i have got stronger am bout 5ft 6 my age is 40yrs plz help me or give some advice on what am doing wrong ive change my diet to try and match but i just dont know what am doing wrong my starting weight was 16st many thanks stew
@Tommy. You could but then you just wouldn’t do the carb-up at the weekend.
@Stewart. For a start, all that cardio is preventing your gains. It’s like driving with one foot on the accelerator and the other on the brake – you get nowhere. See here for a fuller explanation…

Pick a goal and go for it. Muscle gain or fat loss.
If muscle gain, get my free book and ditch the cardio completely.
If fat loss, I have to encourage you to get my Total Six Pack Abs book for the full diet, weight training, and cardio solution.
Mark,
I’ve wanted to just say thanks to you for your M.A.N.S diet and THT program. I was lazy to take pics and post work out logs, but I know I’ve benefited from from your program because I can lift more for the same number of reps each time. I really do thank you for being a breath of fresh air amidst all the manipulation that goes in health and body building.
Mark im an ectomorph as well.(18yrs, 5’11 125lbs), I’ive been following T.A 2 for a while and ive become a lot stronger than before and my body is more chiseled but the wieght is exactly the same! what cud i be doing wrong?
btw i came across this site in the internet. do u think theres any truth to it?
https://DELETED
Rex — given that he’s got some javascript on there to fake you out by putting that he’s from a city near you… and the general air of spamvertisement the site holds… do you really think there’s any possibility it’s a legit website?
@Clark. Many thanks.
@Rex. It’s gotta be your diet. Whatever you’re eating, it doesn’t seem to be enough. You need to experiment with Caloric intake to see where you start gaining.
I deleted the URL, it’s obviously a scam site like JC said. The javascript, the phony pics that are used to sell other products on the net as well. Some people have no shame.
can please send me the weekly exercise schedule. i realy need it,
that will your nice.
thank you.
