I am an American citizen, currently residing in Germany.
I require some assistance in adopting a menue that will yield at least
3500-4000 calories so that I can increase my weight from 155, to possibly
170 of muscle. I workout at least 5 days per week, 1.5 hours per day,
resting on Saturdays and Sundays. My workouts are no problem, but I
really require a daily menue for at least 7 days, ingesting at least 3-Whey
shakes per day. Are there 7-day pre-printed menues available to purchase?

Hi Mark. Will you do an article on gluconeogensis? Specifically the exact conversion rate on unnecessary protein. I’ve read it’s 56% but its its hard finding more references to verify this.
If I only need 151g of protein but i eat 161g, is it true about 5 of those extra grams would be converted into glucose? Which would make my net carbs on M.A.N.S 5 grams higher?
