Running. If it&#039;s a jog, there&#039;s no issues. For fast running/sprinting, just make sure you do it AFTER THT training.
Yes, make sure you get your daily protein, buddy. Any way you can. Meat, cheese, shakes, quest bars. You&#039;ll be fine. Enjoy your trip :)]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Hey Mark! Sorry for going off topic here, but I have a couple questions for you. 1) How would you recommend working yoga and/or running into the THT routines? If it&#039;s better not to, then that&#039;s fine too! 2) What would you recommend for someone who will be on a 3-4 week climbing expedition in South America? BCAAs? Bring a bunch of Quest Bars? I obviously won&#039;t be able to hit the gym during that time, but I&#039;ve been working my ass off and want to make sure I don&#039;t lose a ton of muscle while climbing. Lots of my lifts, deadlifts especially, drop off really quickly if I have to skip a week for whatever reason.
PS I&#039;m a naturally tall and skinny guy who&#039;s been lifting for years but never seeing progress anywhere close to what I&#039;ve seen from THT. You&#039;re seriously the best. Can&#039;t wait to try TSPA too! Hopefully when I&#039;m back from Aconcagua.]]></description>
