It takes 5-15s seconds to deplete those stores (estimates vary), which at 5 seconds a rep is enough for 3 good reps. That&#039;s why the 4-6 range is ideal; you need the CP system to fall off in order to force your body to do something to keep the intensity up. Hence, rate coding.]]></description>
