Wow! These are great - very inspiring especially when you hit a sticking point (like I have on body fat at the mo).

My testimonial - I've got a couple of shirts that won't fit round my arms any more due to the muscle gains from Muscle hacking!

Thank you all for the kind words. Dorian, I was wondering the same thing. I recently switched along the lines of Mark's carb loading of late Friday and all day Saturday. Things have been going really well!

Antonio looks SICK. Josh is also ripped. Plus - he lives by the beach. Man, I want sun badly lol...

But personally the progress of my man Spas makes me the happiest. Doctors literally said he isn't allowed to lift anything heavier than a pencil lol, but we modified most exercises to make them sitting/lying and with no increase in blood pressure and he is gaining muscle at a nice pace.

We use 6-9 sets per muscle, 2-3 exercises, 8-12 reps per set, each set is treated as an individual exercise (check the post Mark this on the subject - this is KEY).

Also, with very little equipment you can train at home with some modifications - for example you can train bi's, tri's, chest, delts and even back with only a set of adjustable dumbbells and an optional EZ bar that is compatibale with the dumbbell weights.

That's perfectly fine, Dorian. During my last cycle I worked out on both my carb-up days.
Take care,

Well, Antonio definitely inspires me the most.
Great transformation. Always love seeing these kind of pics. I'm doing great as well. Thanks for all your help Mark!
One question: Is it okay to put my carb-up days on my training days? I workout three times a week and after working out I'm so hungry and I just seem to not get my stomach full without some calorie-dense carbs such as rice/pasta.
I've been doing this for a couple days now and haven't noticed any complications or differences in my body (well, I actually seem bigger lol).
I'm just not sure if this contradicts to any of the low-carb principles.
Thanks for reading :)
