Really appreciate Gettin back to me so quick man! Thanks Mark
Take on board what your saying it is quite low lately I have been weekly zig zag cycling between 1700,1500,1400,1300,1200. and 1100/under is occasionally few times .Tend to drift into low calories through old habit as always been a very small eater always ate about that low normally.(Misquote 14 days carb up! carb/cheat day every 6th or 7th day).I'm increasing my fat intake alot more from now very anti-fat! on including such fats as butter, mayo, cheese, avocados added to my nuts, olive oil, full eggs etc.
(did usually have banana/whey before workout and after followed by post meal including low gi carb then protein/veg/fat for 2-3 meals). But I ditched it only just last week started with oats/protein and apple x1 before and just whey after and post meal is protein and veg and fat from now.Now this week only have the oats as my carb before and carbs in ON Whey and rest in the veg with each meal and I still have bags of energy. Then carb up end of week i feel fine so you think I should stop this..if am cutting/lose bodyfat? From now I'm going to stick to a very low carb diet to 1600calories(500/600deficit) which is 180g Protein,40g Carb,80g Fat.Is that better do think?
I understand you get tons tons of questions so I'll keep that as last!
And just re-read approach to fat loss too cheers. soz long post!

Many Thanks Mark

once finished sure I'll be doin one your programs future!

Hi Paul. Your calories are very low for a start (under 1100) and your fat intake is a little low for the low-carb intake. You will lose but I would be surprised if this doesn't result in a stall to be honest. If you didn't read my 'step-down' approach to fat loss, see it here...

Might be sick of hearing this but Great site lots useful info.Just quick question if you be so kind to answer is.I'm currently doin a 16week program at mo resistance,weights/cardio combo 3-4 times week on my 11th week.Wasnt fat to start with lo but my aim is to get bodyfat down am about 18% 9st 5 started at 10st.I'm currently eating only 27g intake carbs a day and 50g fat, 133g protein ,only take whey supplement no creatine and I feel great bags energy and take your rule of carbing every 14 days.Do think I will continue to drop bodyfat generally speaking with my intake etc? would like to get down to 10% bodyfat eventually which would be 9st for me.Then gona bulk up.

Hi Kyan,

If you have more fat to lose, TSPA will remove it. It cannot remove loose skin though. As far as I am aware only surgery can get rid of that.

Recently I have gone from 220lbs - 150lbs. I now have alot of excess skin and flab hanging over my belly. will the TSPA program work in reducing the excess skin?

Hi Alex,
It's most effective to pick 1 goal and attain it first. For example, you may want to get cut first. Once you attain the goal body fat percentage and six-pack abs, then move to mass building through the TA program.
Cheers,
Mark.

Hi Mark,

I am planning on trying your TA plan but also want to try your TSPA plan as well. Should I try to incorporate both at the same time, or should I do one first then the other? Thanks.

Hi Grant. It just depends on what you want most right now. It's easier to lose 10lb of fat than it is to gain 20lbs of muscle. The 20lb muscle gain is your long -term goal.
You might want to get ripped in the next few weeks for summer, then concentrate more on the TA approach afterwards.
Having said that, it is totally possible to build muscle while losing fat on the TSPA plan, many have already done it!
All the best,
Mark

Mark great site you have her, good for you. Quick questions. I am 6 feet, 175-180, strong formy size but that classic ectomorph, long limbs, small arms and chest. My goal is to add 20 pounds of muscle and loose 10 pounds of fat, so 185-190 weight but ripped. Would you go with TA ot Total six pack abs. I have been lifting on and off for 10 years and pratically have a degree in nutrition, just looking for your best solution.

Thanks Mark, great site, keep up the good work.

Hi Mark, I also purchased the previous version. How do I update to the revised version?
I've been using your progressive workout for 9 weeks now, about to have my first week off. Really happy with my strength progress. 110kg inc. bench for 10 reps, chins +10kg for 8 reps, military press today going for 80kg(75kg for 10 last week). I am currently weighing 90kg with about 18% BF, hoping to drop that a bit BF though. Thanks for the great workout, this is the best I have ever lifted by far.

Cheers, Mic
