It’s a fair point. I aim to remedy this. If you read the post on ‘the future of MuscleHack’ I will be doing videos to show proper execution of each exercise I recommend.
Also, there’s a forum coming to help people communicate with each other and get better results.

Just caught onto your blog. Great stuff. Im usually dubious of anyone that takes a fixed view to any approach to life. You have a set way of doing things but have somehow managed to stay open minded to critics/others and there opinions by respectfully letting them have there say with reserve. The Anthony Colpo interview was a good one. It showed great humility and is the reason why started to follow your blog. Much respect.

As much as i love whats on the blog, my only gripe(which is for your own advance) is that there aren’t enough images to accompany what you instruct. Im a arts student and the old cliche always managed to rear it smug face

“A picture is worth a thousand words”

This is especially true when it comes to things like technique. As my 60year old lecture likes to say in reference to his young daughter, “images rule words drool”
