Do you have consistent (or any) studies that demonstrate that this is true regarding creatine uptake? From the science I&#039;ve looked at, it really makes no difference. Creatine has been measured in the urine after supplementation and it is pretty much equally absorbed regardless when you take it or what you take it with.

The only thing that slightly increases it is with a huge bolus of sugar (almost 100g), and nobody wants to do that. Plus, you&#039;re only gaining another percent or two of creatine with that, so relatively speaking it is useless.
