1)Are deadlifts and stiffed leg deadlifts same? If not then Can u provide a tutorial for stiffed leg deadlift. I can&#039;t find any.

2)In 3 day/week THT, do you revommend to eat at maintenance level during off days i.e. Tue,Thu and Sat-Sunday or the same-200-300 cals above maintenance during non-training days too.
