Great news! Now everyone can track and log their MuscleHack THT muscle-building workouts for free from any device (yes even iPhone).
I’ve put the routines on the bodyspace app from Bodybuilding.com. Here’s the easy instructions…
Just download the bodyspace app (search for bodyspace not bodybuilding.com). Once installed:
- Click ‘my programs’
- then click ‘find a new program’
- In the search bar, type THT
- You’ll see the my 3-day and 5-day THT routines pop up (created by user MUSCLEHACKER).
Now you can track your THT workouts inside the app. Enjoy 🙂

BUT…you really need the full THT manual as well! Grab it below. Without it, you won’t really know why you are doing that particular exercise, in that order, for that many reps, and so on.
