     I&#039;m about 7 days into TSPA and have already seen a difference just from the macro nutrient aspect of it.  I&#039;m following your 6 day workout plan, its absolutely idiot proof!  Its all laid out for the trainee, even with rest times between sets!  This work is great for me because i&#039;m so anal about exact times and sets!  You&#039;ve created a great program and system, Thanks Mark.  I&#039;ve been spreading the word to anyone who&#039;s willing to listen about your site, recipes and videos.  I&#039;ll keep you posted on my progress!
