Hey Mark, I am currently doing TA 3.0 and seeing great results, but have been thinking about purchasing six pack abs for awhile now. Realize I haven’t seen the workouts in six pack abs yet, but would it be possible to do both, or would I need to finish my first cycle of TA before starting TSPA 2.0?

Congratulations on volume 2, Mark. Sorry to bother you with this question again – I bought TSPA, but still don’t know how to get this version. I never visited the forum after downloading the book, so maybe that’s the reason. Can I forward the paypal receipt from TSPA 1 as proof to you?

Far as I can tell, none of the links in the book seem to work. Not a fan of this format. I can’t view it on my phone and it looks like I probably won’t be able to use it on my Mac either.

Hey Mark im a big fan of TSPA 1 but my problem is that I have a Mac and cannot view .EXE files. Is this available in .PDF format ? That would be great thanks
Great addition to the book Mark!! I noticed a difference in TSPA 1 vs TSPA 2 regarding the fat flush but never saw a reason for the change.
Mark — I’ll have to take your word for it. It doesn’t work on my Mac. According to the BookGuard Pro website, their product is supposed to be Mac compatible… did you miss a step?
@Saul and JC. Yes it is a .exe file. There may be a fix – I’ll email all TSPA buyers regarding this. In the meantime, like I say in the article above:

@Shalin. Yes, the new “Fat Flush” spares your muscle tissue. In the old version, you could lose a significant amount of fat quickly, but you had to accept a little muscle loss. You don’t have to with the new version. 🙂

Hi Mark, is the diet still low carb? (I don’t want to give anything away here- edit this comment if needed!) Reason being I tried MANS and really didn’t get on with it, I prefer GLAD. Cheers!
Ugh. Hate the locking program you’ve chosen. I don’t like running an .exe at the best of times in case of installing something unintentional. I trust you – just not these other guys!
I know you need to protect your product. I wish there was a better way for you to do it because this isn’t a good option for me!

I was wondering, Should I stay on THT cycle if i wanna get big or get this? 6 pack abs are not my first priority.
Just ordered and finished reading TSPA2. None of the blue links are working for me though, I can’t click on them. I would like to be able to view the links that you included in the book. Any help?
Also Mark I notice you support caffeine use along with ephedra but there have been studies that link caffeine to insulin resistance, hindering fat loss, and increasing appetite, do you have any comment?
@Paul. Just stay on THT, no need for you to buy TSPA yet in that case.
@Scott. As per email instruction, you need to click on ‘view’ then ‘single page’. Caffeine suppresses appetite and enhances fat loss when taken with ephedrine HCL (not herbal ephedra). Yes, long term caffeine intake *may* lead to insulin resistance for *some* people in the long term which is why I wrote this article.
But in the short term, like a cutting cycle, it’s fine.
Any news on the TSPA 2 Mac fix. Still haven’t been able to view my copy. Will this be made available in a pdf format?
